Exedrion Privacy Notice
Exedrion is an academic assistance plugin created by Christopher Jose Luna Canessa under the personal brand Canessa System Labs. This notice explains how information is used when you work with Exedrion and its optional local workflow. It covers Exedrion, not every product or service on the Canessa System Labs website.
Exedrion uses the prompts, assignments, rubrics, sources, writing samples and other materials you choose to provide to help you understand a topic, develop an argument, create an academic deliverable and review its supporting evidence. These materials may contain personal information. Share only what is needed for your task and what you are authorized to use.
The current release has no developer-operated service that collects your conversations, assignments or uploaded files. It does not include a dedicated developer analytics or payment client. This does not mean that your information is never stored or processed: the platform hosting your conversation and any services you choose to use have their own data practices.
When you use Exedrion in ChatGPT, processing and retention are governed by the OpenAI policies, agreements and account settings applicable to you. Consult OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and ChatGPT data controls for information about available controls. Exedrion does not independently control ChatGPT’s storage, deletion or use of information. Other compatible platforms are governed by their own policies.
If you use the optional local workflow, Exedrion can save task requirements, source references, file digests, workflow history, review records and generated artifacts in your selected workspace. These files support traceability and continuation. Exedrion does not automatically expire them. Their retention depends on how you and your workspace provider manage files and backups. You can manage or remove files you control, but deleting a conversation does not necessarily delete separately saved files, and removing workflow records can affect your ability to resume or verify a task.
Research tools, connected services and documents containing remote resources may send queries, content or resource requests to other providers when those capabilities are used. Their own policies apply. The optional document renderer is not guaranteed to work entirely offline.
Exedrion does not contain a support form or ticketing system. If you choose to contact the creator through the professional profile linked on the Canessa System Labs website, the creator may receive the information you send, and the contact platform’s own data practices apply. Do not include sensitive personal information, private assignments or account credentials in a support message. No Exedrion-specific retention period is promised for that external contact channel.
